("Zenith" or the "Company") today announced that due to recent business developments it is suspending its clinical development efforts with ZEN-3365, one of its proprietary BET inhibitors. This decision is unrelated to the preclinical safety and efficacy attributes of ZEN-3365. The company will continue to aggressively advance preclinical development activities with another differentiated proprietary small molecule BET inhibitor and is targeting the second half of 2015 to initiate Phase 1 clinical trials in oncology.
